Reveillon
New Year's Eve on the beach — Brazil's biggest celebration
Reveillon is iconic in Brazil. The tradition: wear all white for good luck. Fireworks light up the sky over the Atlantic at midnight. Balneário Camboriú puts on one of the biggest beach celebrations in the country — if you're in town, don't miss it.
January 1
New Year's Day
Beach, acai, and the first day of a great year
Start the new year on the sand. Grab an acai, feel the ocean breeze, ease into vacation mode. The coast is yours to explore before the wedding festivities begin.

January 6
Churrasco

Full-day Brazilian barbecue — everyone's invited
Join us for a proper Brazilian churrasco at Edifício Summerville in Balneário Camboriú.
We've hired professional churrasceiros to grill picanha, fraldinha, and all the classic cuts. A live pagode band will keep the energy up all day.
Cold beer, caipirinhas, and good conversation. Come hungry and stay as long as you want. This is the pre-wedding gathering — a day to chill, catch up, and celebrate with everyone.
January 7
Free / Beach Day
Rest up and recharge — you'll need the energy
Hit the beach, explore Balneário Camboriú, or just take it easy. Tomorrow is the big night. Check the Region page for ideas on what to do.
January 8
The Wedding

The celebration of a lifetime
Ceremony followed by reception — the full celebration. Dress code: formal, black tie optional. Given it's a summer evening on the Brazilian coast, light fabrics are very much encouraged.
